I understand that belly dance is a strenuous activity and any participation at workshops, classes, events, performances, or while practicing or watching the videos provided may result in accident or injury.

I am aware of the risks associated with participation in this program and do not hold Carla Fleming, The Fleming School of the Arts, any workshop / class / event / meeting / performance locations or businesses, any instructors, substitutes, or monitors of this or any associated workshops, classes, videos, or performances, or any employees of any above mentioned entities, locations, venues, partners, or associates, liable for any injuries to myself or my child in any circumstances.  

I understand that I am advised to consult my doctor before beginning this or any exercise program.

I understand that an approved substitute teacher may instruct my class / workshop / event / performance and may instruct varying styles of belly dance, dance, yoga, cross-training, personal development, or teaching at times.  I may cancel my membership at any time if ever dissatisfied with selected substitute instructors.

I understand that dates, times, and locations of the LIVE classes are subject to change.  I understand it is my responsibility to consult the Facebook group, email, or my private members’ area, where any updates will be announced in a timely manner.

I understand that I need to provide and check my email or cell phone to be notified of any aspect of the program and in order to participate in the program.  I understand that the registration system is connected to my email or cell phone, therefore unsubscribing will result in a loss of access to the program.  

I understand that Carla Fleming is also a Certified High Performance Coach and personal / professional development coach, and that some information presented and discussed during workshops may pertain to this topic, and is for educational use and informational purposes only.

I understand that there is no guarantee of any specific results related to the program, and that there is no legal, medical, financial, tax, therapeutic, professional, or licensed advice given or implied by Carla Fleming, by any guest trainers, instructors, presenters, any fellow participants, or in the program itself.

I agree that I am solely responsible for my actions and results during any part of the program itself, and any related decisions I make regarding or during any part of the process.

I understand that it is solely my responsibility to be sure I receive my login details via email, to log into the course, consume the material, and attend the online or live events that are provided.

I understand that within 30 days of initial purchase, I may cancel my membership and will not be charged further.  I am solely responsible for consuming the content in a timely manner.   If I have any issues logging in or accessing material, I can reach out via email to [email protected] for assistance.  

Due to the nature of this LIVE program delivering immediately consumable value, I understand that there are NO REFUNDS given.  I understand that I may cancel my monthly membership any time I wish by emailing [email protected], and will not be charged further.  

Upon cancellation, I understand that my account will immediately be closed and I will no longer have access to past material or the private Facebook community.  

By cancelling my monthly membership, I understand that I will lose access to all previous and future material.  If I am an affiliate, upon cancellation of my membership I will no longer receive affiliate commissions for further affiliate referrals.

I understand that I may receive emails, text messages, mail, or even a phone call from Carla Fleming or her team members, and I provide my phone number with this knowledge.  Carla Fleming or her team may contact me to send me updates or confirm orders, share upcoming promotions, or deliver content related to Carla Fleming or her relevant programs or brands.  I can opt-out and discontinue receiving any future messages at any time,  My information is never shared with third parties.  

I understand that because / classes workshops / events may be recorded and placed in our members’ area, my photo may be taken and I may be on video, and grant The Fleming School of the Arts, Carla Fleming, and their associates permission to use these images or videos, including and not limited to inside the program members’ area, on social media, or in their related sites or promotions.  I release and waive all rights to these photos and videos.  It is up to me to remove myself from areas where photos / videos may be taken if I prefer.

By registering here, I understand and agree to all of the above and I agree not to, and waive any right to, hold The Fleming School of the Arts, its founder Carla Fleming, or any of its above or associated affiliates or partners, liable for any reason, in any circumstance.
